Application:

Apply the cream in circular movements to the entire face 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours if exposed to water.

Delivery times:
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days for orders within Germany. International shipments can take between 5-15 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping:
For orders within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99. For international deliveries, costs vary depending on weight and destination. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can use to track your shipment.

Customs and import fees:
Additional customs and import fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. These fees are to be borne by the customer and are collected directly by the responsible customs office.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please note that products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The costs for return shipping must be borne by the customer.
